Through years of working on equine bodies, I've come to a big realisiation a lot of horses are not supported with the basics enough . The foundation is not solid and that creates a cycle of inflammed muscles, ulcers, skin issues, hoof problems, poor performance and recovery. Somthing so many of us have felt at some point and felt so overwhelnmed on what to do. When the foundation is not sold, the nervous systen is dysregulated and unahppy. So instead of just treating and addressing symptoms, i decided to focus on the foundation. Creating a system that supports horses from the inside out. So they can thrive in the paddock, perform under pressure, and feel comfortable in their bodies. Because when the foundation is right, everything else starts to fall into place and you spend more time enjoying your horses.

At Neigh Neigh Nosh we’re not just supplement creators — we’re devoted horse owners, caretakers, and advocates for natural, holistic health. Our journey started not in a lab, but in the paddocks, stables, and massage bays of horses who needed more than just surface-level care. Horses in pain, horses that refused to just push through, Horses that taught us that true health starts on the inside — with gut health and nutrition.

Vanessa, the founder behind Neigh Neigh Nosh, began her equine journey in 2012 with Equestria Care, training in horse massage and bodywork. Since then, she’s explored countless modalities and worked with hundreds of horses.

“Every horse I massaged had something in common — pain. Tight backs, weak toplines, joint stiffness, ulcers, anxiety, poor hooves, skin conditions… the list went on. I realised we weren’t just dealing with ‘training problems, saddle fit issues and poor posture’ — we were dealing with nutritional imbalances and a chronic stress cycle, fueling these problems.”

This discovery became the foundation of our work. Every formula we create, every ingredient we choose, is informed by real-life experience, scientific research, hands-on therapy, and a deep respect for the equine body.
